Mriga Farm is a dream of my father Shashikant, a farmer. As I come from farmer’s family there was an acute realization that postharvest losses not only imply wastage of food but also represent a colossal waste of human labour, agri-inputs, financial investments and scarce resources like water. As we belong to farmers family we respect the hard work of housewives. I gathered a team of inspirational women to share and create their own recipes to bring back those nostalgic flavours at your doorstep.
