Malvani Chicken Masala is a beloved local dish of Konkan region basically popular in the area Ratnagiri to Sawantwadi.  The unique falvour of Malvani Masala powder comes from its regional spice blend, including rare ingredients like Black Stone Flower which has been used to treat various ailments, including digestive and respiratory issues, skin conditions, and reproductive health concerns, and it also serves as an ingredient in treatments for infertility.  Grated coconut optimally absorb the spices used in this masala and flavours the meat.  Traditinally, this curry is paired with Maharastrian Bread called ‘Bhakri’ or ‘ Malvani Vade’
